Buttons on jackets and blazers are unique style details. But how did they come to be? The infamous Napoleon Bonaparte! He didn’t want soldiers to wipe their running noses using the sleeves! And since Napoleon was considered our version of a modern celebrity…the public followed suit! Suit up?
